Booking Your Moment: After you request your 90 minute complimentary appointment, a dedicated member of our team will contact you to confirm all the details ahead of your requested appointment date and time. Our consultants are ready to pamper you, guide you through our exquisite collection, and celebrate your unique style! To secure your appointment, please have your credit card available during this confirmation call.

Cancellation Policy: Now, here's where magic meets responsibility. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or no show, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. Why? Because we want to keep our boutique as enchanting as ever, and give other brides a chance to find the dress of their dreams!

Appointment Modification: Life happens, we get it! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. This gives us ample time to accommodate other lovely brides
